Come along and join in this fun and effective group High/Lo Tone fitness class. Designed to cater for All levels of fitness, its’ aim is to give an all over body workout, including cardiovascular exercise to improve the efficiency of your heart and lungs as well as resistance exercises’ to create improved muscle tone.

Fitness classes

Fridays 9.30am – 10:30am. Term Time Only.

£4 per session or just £25 per half term (7weeks)
